They came to us with a working, enterprise-ready platform that analyses meeting behaviour across entire organisations — turning raw calendar and attendance data into measurable productivity gains. They'd already proven value with major clients including Domain Group. But when it came to brand, visual identity, and digital presence, they had nothing. No logo. No colour palette. No website. No way to credibly take their product to the enterprise decision-makers it was built for. The gap between what Manda could do and how Manda looked was costing them. In enterprise sales, authenticity and credibility aren't nice-to-haves — they're the price of admission. Before prospects will trust you with their organisation's data, they need to trust how you present yourself. Manda needed a brand that matched the ambition and sophistication of the technology behind it.

Short is sweet message design
Goal

To build a complete brand and growth ecosystem that could open — and close — enterprise doors. The brief was total. Neon Collective was brought in to create everything from the ground up: a brand identity, a conversion-focused website, a redesigned product dashboard, CRM infrastructure, and the landing pages needed to actively drive their audience toward their unique proposition. But this wasn't just about aesthetics. The strategic challenge was to create a brand that felt immediately credible and familiar to the enterprise professionals Manda was targeting — HR leaders, Chief Data Officers, and Heads of People at large organisations. We identified that Manda's product lives inside the tools these people already use every day — Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Calendar, Zoom. So we drew creative direction from that world, particularly the confident, clean visual language of Slack, building an identity that sits naturally alongside the platforms their users already trust. The result was a brand that didn't feel like another AI startup trying to grab attention — it felt like it belonged.

A brand that earned trust on first contact — and an ecosystem built to scale. With a complete identity, website, and growth infrastructure in place, Project Manda was able to enter enterprise conversations with real credibility. The new brand directly supported deeper traction with Domain Group, whose Chief Data Officer noted that Manda's platform delivered powerful, actionable insights across their entire organisation. Beyond launch, our work went deeper than anyone anticipated. When real-world user feedback revealed friction inside the product dashboard, we didn't step back — we stepped in. Working directly alongside the Manda development team, we ran an emergency UX framework sprint, listening to client feedback, identifying pain points, and rebuilding the in-app experience under pressure. The HubSpot CRM integration and campaign landing pages gave their sales team a fully connected pipeline — the tools and infrastructure to convert awareness into demos and demos into deals. Manda left the engagement with not just a brand, but a complete commercial engine.
