When MoxiWorks acquired ActivePipe and expanded their product suite across the US real estate market, they needed more than a rebrand. They needed a partner who could unify a fragmented visual ecosystem, navigate a complex CRM migration, and keep their marketing engine running without breaking stride. Neon Collective became that partner — working embedded across brand, systems and performance to deliver a cohesive platform built for scale.

Challenge
A market-leading PropTech platform with a complex integration challenge and a fragmented visual identity across multiple acquired products.
MoxiWorks is the leading open platform for residential real estate brokerages in the United States — serving over 800 brokerages and 400,000 agents, accounting for more than 20% of all US real estate transactions.
In 2022, they completed the acquisition of ActivePipe — a Melbourne-born, AI-powered lead nurturing platform with a presence across 2,500 brokerages and 40,000 agents in four countries. Neon Collective had already been deeply embedded with ActivePipe, so when MoxiWorks folded ActivePipe into its growing suite of products, they turned to us to help manage the transition.
The challenge was threefold. First, a suite of white-labelled products — MoxiEngage, ActivePipe, MoxiPresent, MoxiImpress, MoxiBalance — each with their own visual language and messaging, needed to be brought into a single cohesive brand experience. Second, a significant CRM migration was underway, moving the marketing infrastructure from HubSpot to Salesforce. Third, the marketing team needed to maintain full campaign velocity throughout — no slowdown, no gaps.

Goal
We did some intense market research, refined their brand message, and created a brand new look to truly showcase their identity.
Armed with insights, we meticulously refined their brand message for authenticity and resonance. Beyond words, we embarked on a creative journey, crafting a fresh visual identity that truly showcases their unique essence. This integrated approach, blending refined messaging and a captivating visual aesthetic, empowers our client to confidently communicate their values and engage their audience in a meaningful way.
Result
A unified platform experienced increased market engagement, stronger brand presence across the US, and a performance marketing engine built to scale with the business.
The work extended well beyond visual changes. By aligning brand, systems and performance into one integrated programme, MoxiWorks emerged from the integration period with sharper market positioning, a more confident visual identity, and marketing infrastructure that could support the next phase of growth.
Landing page conversion rates improved significantly following the optimisation programme. PPC cost per lead dropped as campaign targeting and creative alignment tightened. The Salesforce migration was completed without disruption to live campaigns. And the visual system gave the internal team a foundation to produce content and collateral at speed — without sacrificing brand consistency.
MoxiWorks continues to serve over 800 brokerages and 400,000 agents, accounting for more than 20% of US real estate transactions. The platform that emerged from this period of acquisition and integration is sharper, more unified, and better positioned to compete at the top end of the PropTech market.
